Competing Entity
Competing Entity. Means the following mattress manufacturing companies: Serta, Inc., Sealy Corporation, Spring Air Company, Tempur-Pedic International Inc. and King Koil Licensing Company, Inc. and/or any licensee or entity which manufactures mattresses under the following brands: Serta, Sealy, Spring Air, Tempur-Pedic and King Koil.

Competing Entity. Shall mean any person or entity which is engaged in any phase of the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing of products which compete with the Company and/or any of its Affiliates.
Competing Entity. Shall mean (i) the following entities: Ablynx, Affibody, Affilogic, F-Star, Macrogenics, Merus, Molecular Partners, Xencor; and (ii) any other Person engaged or actively planning to be engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing next generation protein therapeutics for respiratory, asthma, autoimmune and oncology conditions.
