Competing Organization. Any person (including, without limitation, the Executive as a sole proprietor) or entity engaged in or planning or attempting to become engaged in any business that engages in premium finance of life insurance, life settlements or structured settlements within the United States of America and/or within 100 miles of any offices of the Company or client of the Company, in each case, established at the time of Executive's termination of employment.

Competing Organization.
