Competitive Business. The meaning set forth in the Employment Agreement

Competitive Business. The term 'Competitive Business' means any business activity in which the Company or any subsidiary is actively engaged on the Participant's Date of Termination. For these purposes, entities deemed to be engaged in Competitive Business include, by way of example and not limitation, Abraxis BioScience, Inc., Baxter International Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals, Becton, Dickinson and Company, B. Competitive Business. Any business or enterprise engaged in or contemplated to be engaged in the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Competitive Business. The term "Competitive Business" shall mean any business that competes with the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the manufacture of power transmission belts and manufacture of fluid power products and related products and services within the geographic areas in which business is conducted by the Company or its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, North America, Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand,... Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and South America and businesses and geographies which the Company or its Subsidiaries have specific plans to conduct in the future as of the date of the Participant's termination of employment). Competitive Business. The development, manufacturing, supplying, producing, selling, distributing, marketing or providing for sale of any product, device, instrument or intellectual property, created, developed, manufactured or sold by the Parent Corporation or any of its Affiliates or subsidiaries, and which is material to the business of the Parent Corporation or any of its Affiliates or subsidiaries, in each case as of the Executive's Date of Termination

Competitive Business. Any businesses in which the Company is engaged during the Executive's employment with the Company, which includes, without limitation: (i) the retail coffee, consumer foods, food service, and natural foods businesses conducted worldwide and (ii) the dry and canned pet food and pet snacks businesses conducted worldwide.

Competitive Business. Means any corporation, partnership, association, or other person or entity (including but not limited to Executive) that: 1. is listed on Appendix A, each of which Executive acknowledges is a Competitive Business, whether or not it falls within the categories in subsection (c)(2) immediately below, and further acknowledges that this is not an exclusive list of Competitive Businesses and is not intended to limit the generality of subsection (c)(2) immediately below; or 2. engages in any business... which, at any time during the most recent eighteen (18) months of Executive's Company Employment and regardless the business format (including but not limited to a department store, specialty store, discount store, direct marketing, or electronic commerce), consists of marketing, manufacturing or selling apparel and/or home products, and which has combined annual revenue in excess of $100 million. Executive acknowledges that the Company shall have the right to propose modifications to Appendix A periodically to include (i) emergent Competitive Businesses in the existing lines of business of the Company, and (ii) Competitive Businesses in lines of business that are new for the Company, in each case, with the prior written consent of Executive, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Competitive Business. Means any business in which the Company or any of the Subsidiaries was engaged during the 12-month period prior to the Executive's Date of Termination, any business if the Company or any Subsidiary has devoted material resources to entering into such business during such 12-month period prior to the Date of Termination, and any business to the extent that it is engaged in the investing in or acquisition of all or a portion of the assets or stock of the Company or the Subsidiaries.

Competitive Business. Means, with respect to a Restricted Party, each of the following: (i) any business that the Company engaged in as of or prior to the Closing Date and (ii) the business of manufacturing, selling and distributing recreational vehicles.

Competitive Business. Shall mean (i) any Business that provides the same degree in the same subject matter online in the United States as is provided online by the Company or its Subsidiaries in the United States, (ii) any Business that provides the same degree in the same subject matter online in any other geographic area as is provided online by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in such geographic area, or (iii) any Business that provides the same degree in the same subject matter, whether online or through a... physical location, in any geographic area where the Company or any of its Subsidiaries provides such a program through a physical location; provided, however, that if Becker has ceased to be a member of the Board, "Competitive Business" shall not include Business conducted in any geographic area unless the Company or its Subsidiaries: (1) was offering such degree in such geographic area on the date 2 Becker ceased to be a member of the Board, and (2) is offering such degree in such geographic area at the time Becker is to enter the Business there.
