Competitive Duties. Duties that are substantially similar to the duties the Executive performed (or over which the Executive had supervision) during the last twelve (12) months of the Executive's employment with the Company (or, if the Executive is employed by the Company for less than twelve (12) months, those duties that are substantially similar to the duties the Executive had during the Executive's employment with the Company).
