Means a business enterprise that engages in, or owns or controls a significant interest in any entity that engages in the sale or manufacture of entryway doors or door components or other products that are manufactured and sold by the Company and its Subsidiaries, during the time the Participant was employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries, and does business (the "Company's Business") (i) in the United States of America, (ii) Canada or (iii) any other country where the Company or its...
