Competitive Position. Means a position held by Executive that involves duties that are the same as or substantially similar to the duties Executive performed for the Corporation, Bank, or any of their Affiliates within the twenty-four (24) months prior to Executive's violation of Section 15, or if such violation occurs after the termination of Executive's employment hereunder, within the twenty-four (24) months prior to the Date of Termination.
