Competitive Product or Service

Competitive Product or Service. Any product or service which is competitive with any product or service provided by the Company or any of its Affiliates in connection with the Business, as conducted or, to Executive's knowledge, planned to be conducted, as of the Date of Termination or at any time within the 12-month period immediately preceding the Date of Termination or the date of such conduct (if Executive is then employed by the Company).
