Products, systems or services in existence or under development during Executive's employment with the Company which are the same as or substantially similar to or functional equivalents of those of the Lawson Entities including, without limitation, those which are or may be provided to the Lawson Entities' customers on behalf of the Lawson Entities by employees, agents, or sales representatives of the Lawson Entities.
