Competitive Products. Are products and/or services that are the same as, substantially similar to (in terms of type, brand or purpose) or a competitive alternative for the products and/or services offered by the Company or its Affiliates in its business, including but not limited to products: (i) regarding which you performed any services for the Company or its Affiliates at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the termination of your Service; and/or (ii) about which you had access... to any Confidential Information at any time during the twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the termination of your Service. Competitive Products. Shall mean product categories in existence or under development during Executive's employment with the Company which are the same as or substantially similar to, or can be used as a substitute for, those of the Company including, without limitation, those which are or may be provided to the Company's customers on behalf of the Company by employees, agents, or sales representatives of the Company. However, this Competitive Products definition will apply only to contract manufacturing businesses... and not to branded-products companies, which may or may not have internal manufacturing capabilities for their own use. Competitive Products. Products (e.g., sales platforms) that serve the same function as, or that could be used to replace, products the Company provided to, offered to, or was in the process of developing or having developed for a present, former, or future possible customer at any time during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the Termination Date.
Competitive Products. Competitive Products. Shall mean pizza intended primarily for carry-out or home delivery and prepared on the premises of a pizza carry-out/delivery restaurant, including but not limited to, pizza "take and bake" outlets, dine-in restaurants in which pizza is the principal food offering, and/or frozen pizza sold in grocery or mass merchandiser stores for in-home preparation.
Competitive Products. Means any product or service offered by the Company in the Territory or any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with or is substantially similar to such product or service. For illustrative purposes, these products may include insulation distribution and installation.
