Competitive Real Estate Commission
Competitive Real Estate Commission. A real estate or brokerage commission paid for the purchase or sale of property which is reasonable, customary, and competitive in light of the size, type, and location of the Real Estate Asset.
Competitive Real Estate Commission. A real estate or brokerage commission for the purchase or sale of property, which is reasonable, customary, and competitive in light of the size, type, and location of the property. The total of all real estate commissions paid by the Company to all Persons in connection with any Sale of one or more of the Company's Properties shall not exceed the lesser of (i) a Competitive Real Estate Commission or (ii) six percent of the contract sales price of the Property or Properties.
