Competitive Service. Any wireless communications service offered by any person, entity, or business (other than Company) in the Area that is capable of providing wireless voice or data service that is functionally similar or equivalent to Company's Service, irrespective of the radio frequency on which the service is offered, including, without limitation: commercial mobile radio service, specialized mobile radio communications, mobile satellite communications, cellular service, personal communications services,...
