Completion Multiple. A fraction, the numerator of which shall equal the total number of calendar days during the Termination Year during which the Participant was employed by and actively at work for the Company and its Affiliates on or prior to his or her Termination Date, and the denominator of which shall be 365 (366 if the Termination Year is a leap year).
