Completion

Completion. Means completion of the transfer of the Option Securities in accordance with clause 5;

Completion. Means the payment of the Purchase Price for the Option Shares in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement by the Purchaser and the delivery of the Completion Documents by the Seller and the Purchaser, respectively.

Completion. The meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.
