Component

Component. Means an element, component or constituent of an Array Platform Product or a device, method, or chemical used in the design, development, manufacture or use of an Array Platform Product.

Component. Shall mean a component part of a DEVAX Medical Product, as specifically described in an attachment to this Agreement.

Component. Shall mean those hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon molecular constituents which are definable by industry standards and procedures. Such Components as used in this Agreement shall be: N2 - Nitrogen CO2 - Carbon Dioxide H2S - Hydrogen Sulfide C1 - Methane C2 - Ethane C3 - Propane iC4 - Iso-butane nC4 - Normal Butane iC5 - Iso-pentane nC5 - Normal Pentane C6+ - Hexanes and Heavier Compounds

Component. Means any and all components (including, but not limited to, Catalyst, Catalyst Support, Electrode, Membrane, Liquid Ionomer, GDL, binder and seal) incorporated into MEA.

Component. Which is declared prior to or at the Effective Time (and still pending and unpaid immediately prior to or at the Effective Time) shall be deemed to have been paid and received by the Investors, to the extent entitled to such dividend or distribution, immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Component. A part supplied by Customer, or from a third party supplier, that is incorporated into a Product
