Compound License Agreement

Compound License Agreement. Shall mean the license agreement relating solely to the Compound, which license agreement is to be entered into by and between Wyeth and DOV simultaneously with their amendment and restatement of the Original License Agreement as described above in the preamble of this Agreement. The Compound License Agreement shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit y1.3.
