Compromise Agreement. An agreement to be entered into between the Executive and the Company under which the Executive agrees to compromise all claims (including statutory claims) that he has or may have against the Company arising from his employment or the termination of his employment, such agreement to be in a form compliant with Section 203 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and all other applicable legislation as amended from time to time and in a form prescribed by the Company.
Compromise Agreement. Means that certain Amendment and Compromise Agreement dated as of March 31, 2009, between the Borrower, the Agent and Lenders thereto.
