Computer Programs. Shall include, without limitation, Investor Rights Agreement — Page 2 all source code, object code, natural language code, all versions, all screen displays and designs, all component modules, all descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, and all documentation, including without limitation user manuals and training materials, relating to any of the foregoing.

Computer Programs. Shall mean (i) any and all computer programs (consisting of sets of statements or instructions to be used directly or indirectly in a computer in order to bring about a certain result), and (ii) all associated data and compilations of data, regardless of their form or embodiment.
