Concentration Account Bank

Concentration Account Bank. U.S. Bank, Wachovia Bank, National Association, or any other bank selected by the Servicer from time to time for the purpose of receiving Collections from Obligors which is a Qualified Institution and enters into an agreement similar to the Intercreditor Agreement (and provides for joinder by the Issuer).
