Conditional Rates. 6-month USD LIBOR plus five hundred basic points (500 bps) for USD Loans under Facility A; and 110% of the then current benchmark rate published by the PBOC for loans of the same term and type for RMB Loans under Facility B and Facility C (collectively, the "Conditional Rates")
