Condominium Declaration

Condominium Declaration. Collectively, (i) the Master Deed ("Declaration") recorded in Liber 32703, Page 455, Wayne County Records, and contained in or created under Act 59 of the Public Acts of 1978 as amended and all the terms and provisions thereof, and (ii) the Bylaws adopted by the Condominium Association pursuant to the Declaration and any rules or regulations adopted thereunder, in each case, now or hereafter in effect and as same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
