Example Definitions of "Condominium Documents"
Condominium Documents. Shall mean those documents required under the Act and to create the Condominium including (i) the Declaration or any other document which creates the Condominium; (ii) articles and by-laws of the Condominium Association created pursuant to the Declaration; (iii) code of regulations; and (iv) other equivalent documents.
Condominium Documents. Means collectively (i) the master deeds of the Condominiums, as amended, including all rules and regulations, as amended, and (ii) the declarations of trust recorded with such master deeds, including all amendments to such declarations of trust.
Condominium Documents. The Declaration, the By-Laws (including the Rules and Regulations) and the Floor Plans
