Confidential Documents
Confidential Documents. Shall mean and include all files, letters, memoranda, reports, records, computer disks or other computer storage medium, data models or any photographic or other tangible materials containing Confidential Information, whether created by the Company, Secunda or any other party, and all copies, excerpts and summaries thereof which shall come into the custody or possession of Secunda.
