Confidential Information. Means any and all information of the Company and its Affiliates that is not generally known by others with whom they compete or do business, or with whom they plan to compete or do business, and any and all information the disclosure of which would otherwise be adverse to the interest of the Company or any of its Affiliates. Confidential Information includes without limitation such information relating to (i) the products and services sold or offered by the Company or any of its Affiliates... (including without limitation recipes, production processes and heating technology), (ii) the costs, sources of supply, financial performance and strategic plans of the Company and its Affiliates, (iii) the identity of the suppliers to the Company and its Affiliates, and (iv) the people and organizations with whom the Company and its Affiliates have business relationships and those relationships.
