Confidential Materials

Confidential Materials. Any and all documents, records, reports, lists, notes, plans, materials, programs, software, disks, diskettes, recordings, manuals, correspondence, memoranda, magnetic media or any other tangible media (including, without limitation, copies or reproductions of any of the foregoing) in which any Confidential Information may be contained.

Confidential Materials. Means any and all documents, maleriab, patents, designs, recordings or any other tangible items {including, without limitation, copies or rcproduutio 111 , of any of the foregoing) in which Confidential Inromwtion may be contained .

Confidential Materials. Shall mean any document, diskette, tape, writing or other tangible item that contains any Confidential Information (whether in printed, handwritten, coded, magnetic or other form, and whether delivered to one party by the other party or made by one of the parties).

Confidential Materials. Any tangible medium containing Confidential Information, including but not limited to paper, electronic or magnetic media, prototypes, products, and other materials.
