Each Guarantor, by its execution of this Agreement, hereby confirms and ratifies that all of its obligations as a Guarantor shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations as amended by this Amendment No. 1
