Example Definitions of "Confirmation"
Confirmation. Means a writing (including facsimile or other electronic means from which it is possible to produce a hard copy, but subject to Section 2.5 below) evidencing an FX Transaction, and specifying: (i) the parties thereto, (ii) the amounts of the Currencies being bought or sold and by which party, (iii) the Value Date, and (iv) any other term generally included in such a writing in accordance with the practice of the relevant foreign exchange market.
Confirmation. Means a confirmation issued by the Lender to the Borrower in respect of the Term Loan in the form attached hereto as Appendix B.
Confirmation. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment, the Services and Secondment Agreement is not modified hereby, is hereby ratified and confirmed, and shall remain in full force and effect.
Confirmation. This Confirmation, the Supplemented Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents represent the final agreement between the parties and may not be contradicted by evidence of prior, contemporaneous, or subsequent oral agreements of the parties. There are no unwritten oral agreements between the parties.
