Conformance Test Plan

Conformance Test Plan. The term "Conformance Test Plan" shall mean a formal, written, mutually agreed upon set of tests to be performed by TEKELEC and/or Buyer to verify that the Products materially conform to the applicable specifications as set forth in associated TEKELEC technical publications, which describe the functionality of said Products.
