CONGRESS AGREEMENT

CONGRESS AGREEMENT. Means the Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of March 13, 2001, by and among the Borrower, the Guarantors, Congress, and the financial institutions named therein, as amended to the date hereof and as the same may be further amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
