CONKWEST Marks. Those marks listed on Schedule C hereto, which may be updated from time to time, owned and controlled by CONKWEST and any and all registrations and applications therefore in the United States and around the world. For clarity, the CONKWEST Marks include the CONEKSIS Mark, unless and until CONEKSIS acquires such trademark pursuant to the CONEKSIS Option under Section 2(d) below
