Connecting Pipeline. The meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement. Any increase in the capacity of the Connecting Pipeline in excess of the Design Capacity as of the Commencement Date, and any extension of the Connecting Pipeline after the Commencement Date, shall not be deemed capacity that is subject to the terms of this Agreement
