Connetics Know-How

Connetics Know-How. All Know-How in the areas of quality assurance/ quality control (QA/QC), pharmaceutical science, process development or regulatory affairs that (a) is Controlled by Connetics during the term of this Agreement, and (b) is necessary or useful to the discovery, development, use or manufacture of Products, but excluding all Know-How that is part of the Genentech License Rights.
