Consent Fee

Consent Fee. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower a non-refundable fee (the "Consent Fee"), for the account of each Lender that has delivered an executed signature page to this Fourth Restatement Agreement prior to 12:00 noon New York time on Friday, February 15, 2013, equal to 0.10% of the principal amount of Loans held by such consenting Lender immediately prior to the Fourth Restatement Effective Date.

Consent Fee. Means the payment defined as such with respect to the Affected Securities in the Solicitation Documents.

Consent Fee. Means the payment defined as such with respect to the Notes in the Solicitation Documents.

Consent Fee. Shall mean that certain fee, in an amount to be notified in writing by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders, payable by the Borrower in accordance with Section 7 of this Amendment.
