Consent Order. Shall mean that certain Order to Cease and Desist and Order of Assessment of a Civil Money Penalty Issued upon Consent Pursuant to the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, as Amended, and the Illinois Banking Act, as Amended, dated as of June 26, 2014, by and between Cole Taylor Bank, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System ("Federal Reserve") and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
