Consenting Fire Claimants Threshold. Means the date on which a sufficient number of Fire Victim Claims vote to accept the Amended Plan such that the class of Fire Victim Claims in the Amended Plan votes to accept the Amended Plan under 11 U.S.C. ยง 1126(c) as determined by the Bankruptcy Court.
