Consignment Products

Consignment Products. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties and except for Motorola wireless handsets and related accessories (the "Motorola Products") and the Audiovox Product currently on order, Cricket shall be responsible for providing all future Products ("Consignment Products") to CellStar by Cricket's placement of purchase orders directly with the applicable Manufacturers with instructions to ship such Consignment Products directly to CellStar.
