Consolidated EBITDAR

Consolidated EBITDAR. With respect to any Person for any period, the Consolidated EBITDA of such Person and its Subsidiaries for such period; plus all amounts paid or payable by such Person and its Subsidiaries on Operating Lease Obligations for such period as reflected in such Person's financial statements.
