Consolidated Financials. Shall mean, for any fiscal year or other accounting period of Guarantor and its consolidated Subsidiaries, its annual Form 10-K and quarterly Form 10-Q prepared pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or comparable financial statement.
