Consolidated Funded Debt. Means, with respect to the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, long-term and short-term interest bearing obligations that would be required to be classified and accounted for as such in the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Funded Debt. Means the amount determined by the Committee in good faith to constitute, for the Corporation and its consolidated Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the principal amount of all indebtedness of the Corporation and/or its Subsidiaries for borrowed money or the deferred purchase price of any property, including, without limitation, interest-bearing obligations and capitalized interest, capitalized lease obligations, guaranties and obligations similar to those constituting the Corporation's... Consolidated Funded Debt. Means as of any date, Borrower's total outstanding liabilities for borrowed money and other interest-bearing liabilities on such date, determined in each case on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, plus an amount equal to the amount, if any, that Borrower's accounts payable exceed Borrower's accounts receivable (each as determined in accordance with GAAP), and less an amount equal to the value of Borrower's Cash Equivalent Investments on such date.
