Consolidated Group

Consolidated Group. Means and includes the Company, all of OSI's current or future subsidiaries and any other corporations or divisions thereof, which are hereafter acquired by or consolidated with the OSI and which collectively carry on the business of OSI, the Company or any part thereof.

Consolidated Group. Shall mean the group of companies composed of Technical Olympic S.A. and any successor or surviving company of the foregoing entity.

Consolidated Group. For any given year, means the "affiliated group" of corporations of which Sanchez is the "common parent corporation" as such terms are defined in Section 1504(a)(1) of the Code.

Consolidated Group. Means the affiliated group of corporations of which Parent is the common parent (and of which SCE was the common parent prior to July 1, 1988) and which duly elects to file a Consolidated Return.

Consolidated Group. Means the Parent, the Lessee and each of their respective Subsidiaries.

Consolidated Group. The affiliated group (as defined in the Code) of which Parent (or its successor) is the common parent, for so long as such affiliated group files a Consolidated Return

Consolidated Group. Shall mean any group consisting of (i) at least one member of the MS Group that filed (or will file) any Pre-Deconsolidation Period Return that reflects the income, assets or operations of any member of the MSCI Group or (ii) at least one member of the MSCI Group that filed (or will file) any Pre-Deconsolidation Period Return that reflects the income, assets or operations of any member of the MS Group.

Consolidated Group. Any group consisting of (i) at least one member of the Distributing Group that filed (or will file) any Pre-Distribution Period Return that reflects the income, assets or operations of any member of the Controlled Group or (ii) at least one member of the Controlled Group that filed (or will file) any Pre-Distribution Period Return that reflects the income, assets or operations of any member of the Distributing Group
