Example Definitions of "Consolidated Indebtedness"
Consolidated Indebtedness. Shall mean, as at any date of determination, the aggregate stated balance sheet amount of all Indebtedness (including the Notes) of Parent and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis as determined in accordance with GAAP, excluding all Contingent Obligations relating to the Indebtedness of any Person which is included in the calculation of Consolidated Indebtedness of Parent and its Subsidiaries.
Consolidated Indebtedness. Means, as of the date of any determination, the total amount of Indebtedness, less the amount of current and deferred income taxes and rentals received in advance of the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America.
Consolidated Indebtedness. Means, for the definition of Global Signal Default only, any Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries at such time, the aggregate Indebtedness (as defined in the GSOP Credit Agreement) of such Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Indebtedness. Indebtedness for Borrowed Money shall mean any indebtedness or obligation or liability to repay borrowed monies, whether matured or unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, direct or contingent, joint or several, including, without limitation, all such indebtedness guaranteed, directly or indirectly, in any manner, or endorsed (other than for collection or deposit in the ordinary course of business) or discounted with recourse.
