Example Definitions of "Consolidated Leverage Ratio"
Consolidated Leverage Ratio. Means, as at any date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness on such date (subject to the proviso set forth in the definition of "Indebtedness" and excluding Indebtedness in respect of any Receivables Securitization Program) to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on or most recently ended prior to such date.
Consolidated Leverage Ratio. Means, Consolidated Leverage Ratio means, as at any date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness on such date (subject to the proviso set forth in the definition of "Indebtedness" Indebtedness and excluding Indebtedness in respect of any Receivables Securitization Program) Program permitted pursuant to Section 10.1(g) and 10.2(e)) to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on or most recently ended prior to such date.

Consolidated Leverage Ratio. For purposes of determining the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of December 31, 2009, if the closing of the Permian Basin Acquisition has not occurred on or prior to such date, the amount referred to in clause (a) shall be calculated net of the total aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents reflected on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date.
Consolidated Leverage Ratio. Means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four (4) fiscal quarters ending on such date of determination, plus the Permitted Born Free Credit Amounts (if any) as of the date of determination.
Consolidated Leverage Ratio. > 4.00 to 1.00
Consolidated Leverage Ratio. As at the last day of any period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2015 and for every Fiscal Quarter thereafter, to exceed 4.50 to 1.00; provided, however, that during a Specified Acquisition Period, the Consolidated Leverage Ratio shall not exceed during the period commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2015 and for every Fiscal Quarter thereafter, 5.00 to 1.00.
