Consolidated Tax Liability

Example Definitions of "Consolidated Tax Liability"
Consolidated Tax Liability. Means, with respect to any Distributing Co. Federal Consolidated Return, the Tax liability of the group as determined under Section 1502 of the Code and the Treasury Regulations thereunder.
Consolidated Tax Liability. Shall mean with respect to a taxable year or portion thereof the consolidated federal income tax liability shown on a Consolidated Return.
Consolidated Tax Liability. Shall mean the consolidated federal income tax liability, including for all purposes of this Agreement, alternative minimum tax liability, of the ENER1 Affiliated Group for any taxable year for which the ENER1 Affiliated Group files a Consolidated Return.
