Consolidated Total Assets

Consolidated Total Assets. At any date, the net book value of all assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Total Assets. Means, at any date of determination, the total Consolidated assets of Borrower, except goodwill, trade names, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other intangible items such as unamortized debt discount and expenses and research and development expenses except pre-paid expenses.

Consolidated Total Assets. Means, as of any date on which the amount thereof is to be determined, the net book value of all assets of the Servicer and its Subsidiaries as determined in a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Total Assets. Consolidated Total Assets.
