Consolidated Variable Interest Entities. Means the assets and liabilities of the non-recourse legacy CDOs (collectively, NorthStar CDOs I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and IX, CapitalSource Real Estate Loan Trust 2006-A and CapLease CDO 2005-1), and any other variable interest entities listed as such on NRFC's publicly-filed consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
