Construction Change Directive. A written order, requested by Owner, prepared by Owner, and signed by Owner, and given to Contractor, directing a Change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustments, if any, in the Contract Sum and/or the Scheduled Completion Date, or any of them or any combination of them. Owner may by Construction Change Directive, without invalidating or breaching the Contract, order a Change in the Work.
