Construction Commencement

Construction Commencement. Shall have occurred with respect to a Project at such time as the contractor under the construction contract for such Project receives the Notice to Proceed as defined in the construction documents for the Project and Licensee has delivered a written certification to Licensor that Licensee has arranged for financing which Licensee in good faith reasonably believes to be sufficient to complete the Project.
