Construction Contracts

Construction Contracts. Shall mean the General Contract, the FF&E Contract, Architect's Contract, Subcontracts and any other contracts entered into for the construction and equipping of the Project. -4-

Construction Contracts. Shall mean the construction and development contracts between Borrower or its agents and all Contractors and other persons for the construction of the Improvements, including, with limitation, the General Contractor's Contract as may be amended from time to time with Lender's consent as provided herein.
