Construction Costs. And includes only costs incurred in connection with the Tenant Improvements for (i) labor, materials and supplies for the Tenant Improvements, (ii) contractor, architectural, engineering, design and consultant/manager fees, (iii) preparation of the Space Plan, Final CDs and any other construction documents, (iv) general conditions and permitting costs/fees, (v) related taxes and insurance, and (vi) Landlord's Fee (defined below)
