Construction Loan Agreement

Construction Loan Agreement. Shall mean the Construction Loan Agreement of even date entered into between the Borrower, as borrower, and the Holder, as lender, wherein the Holder has agreed to loan to the Borrower the principal sums of this Note subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of such agreement.
