Construction Loan
Construction Loan. The construction line of credit in the maximum principal amount of $50,000,000.00 extended to Borrower from Lender pursuant to the Construction Agreement as evidenced by that certain Construction Loan Promissory Note dated as of even date herewith in the principal amount of $50,000,000.00, including any and all amendments, modifications, renewals, increases and extensions thereof.
